Postoperative Sleep Disturbance and Functional Recovery Following Hip Fracture Surgery: A 13‐Month Prospective Longitudinal Cohort Study

Postoperative sleep disturbance is common after hip fracture surgery and gradually improves over 13 months. Better sleep quality is independently associated with improved functional recovery, highlighting sleep as a modifiable target for postoperative rehabilitation.
