I was pleased to read the report by David et al1 concerning young infants who developed hyponatremia with seizures. I reported three such cases that appeared to be due to inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH).2 David et al1 argued that all of their cases were due to SIADH and presented convincing evidence in three (cases 1, 7, and 8).
