Transumbilical laparoendoscopic single‐site surgery versus conventional multi‐port laparoscopy for myomectomy: A large single‐center retrospective study

This retrospective observational study compared clinical outcomes from patients who underwent transumbilical laparoendoscopic single‐site surgery (single‐site laparoscopy) or conventional multi‐port laparoscopy for myomectomy. Single‐site laparoscopy and multi‐port laparoscopy showed similar performance in terms of surgical safety.

Effect of pain management, supervised exercise, and pelvic floor muscle training on sexual function in women with endometriosis: A randomized controlled trial

A multimodal intervention including supervised exercise, pelvic floor muscle training, and pain management was associated with modest short‐term improvements in sexual function among women with endometriosis. Quality‐of‐life and late effects after transabdominal cerclage: A nationwide matched cohort study

Permanent transabdominal cerclage does not appear to be associated with impaired quality‐of‐life or persistent late effects when compared to women without cerclage, regardless of mode of birth. These findings provide a more evidence‐based foundation for counseling when considering transabdominal cerclage for the prevention of preterm birth.
