Age‐related long‐term effects of vaginal delivery, pregnancy, and sphincter injury on anal continence: A matched cohort study

Long‐term fecal incontinence was more common and severe after two vaginal deliveries and twice as high following obstetric anal sphincter injury. An age‐related increase in fecal incontinence appeared after two vaginal deliveries but was not observed after cesarean delivery or in nulliparas.

Menopausal hormone therapy after ovarian cancer: A 10‐year survival analysis in premenopausal women

Among premenopausal women surgically treated for ovarian cancer, no difference in 10‐year overall survival was observed between postoperative MHT users and non‐users. Young ovarian cancer survivors should be recommended MHT after surgically induced menopause.

Effect of opportunistic salpingectomy at hysterectomy on anti‐Müllerian hormone: A substudy of a randomized trial

Seromucinous borderline ovarian tumors: Clinical and ultrasound characteristics and association with endometriosis

Seromucinous borderline ovarian tumors frequently appear as unilateral, left‐sided cysts with ground‐glass echogenicity and moderately vascularized solid components. Their strong association with ipsilateral endometriosis provides crucial sonographic and clinical clues for an accurate preoperative diagnosis.
