Hysteroscopic endocervical resection
A new method was developed to access the uterine cavity in women in whom cervical stenosis precludes hysteroscopic surgery. Thirty-three women with intractable uterine bleeding were chosen to undergo either hysteroscopic myometrial resection or myomectomy.
