A Practical Real‐Time Observer‐Based Radiation Prediction Algorithm for Solar Plants

A novel radiation prediction method is proposed. The model's existence is verified by applying real data to an offline identifier. An adaptive state/parameter estimator is developed to identify the model. The identification process occurs in real‐time, independent of specific situations. Dynamic copula and wavelet coherence reveal that geopolitical, economic, and sustainability uncertainties significantly shape crude oil price co‐movements. Long‐term coherence, especially post‐2015, highlights the growing role of ESG risks alongside geopolitical shocks and economic crises in global energy risk transmission.
