Harmonic mappings related to Janowski convex functions of complex order b [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Let SH be the class of all sense-preserving harmonic mappings in the open unit disc D = {z ∈ ℂ||z| < 1}. In the present paper the authors investigate the properties of the class of harmonic mappings which is based on the generalized of R. J.

A Multidirectional Textile Interface for Remote Control Using Dynamic Area‐Based Capacitance Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Here, we present a textile, wearable capacitive interface enabling multidirectional remote control by dynamically modulating electrode overlap and spacing via a freely gliding upper electrode. A forearm‐mounted prototype drives robotic and media tasks with 12–15 ms latency, maintains < 0.8% drift after 500 cycles, and remains stably functional at 90 ...

TRMT6‐Mediated m1A Modification of CDK9 mRNA Is a Dual‐Pronged Pathogenic Driver for HBV‐Related Hepatocellular Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TRMT6‐mediated m1A modification in CDK9 mRNA enhances its mRNA stability and translation efficiency, thereby increasing the protein levels of CDK9. Upregulated CDK9 promotes the progression of HCC by elevating the levels of oncogenic factors including p‐STAT3, MCL1, and BCL‐2. On the other hand, CDK9 phosphorylates TARDBP at Ser254 to activate HBV core

Chaotic interactions between dark matter and dark energy

open access: yes, 2023
In this study, we consider dark matter and dark energy as grand-canonical systems which are open, non-equilibrium coupled, and interacting systems. It is the first time, we propose a new more realistic interaction schema to explain dynamics between ...

Ammonia Detoxification Inhibits Liver Metastasis by Reshaping Hepatic Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Liver metastasis diverts aspartate into hyperactive pyrimidine synthesis, disrupting urea cycling and causing pathogenic ammonia accumulation. Ammonia dually reprograms the microenvironment by: (1) activating hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) into pro‐fibrotic metastasis‐associated fibroblasts (MAFs), and (2) suppressing anti‐tumor monocytes/macrophages ...

Genetic characterization of native donkey (Equus asinus) populations of Turkey using microsatellite markers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
This study presents the first insights to the genetic diversity and structure of the Turkish donkey populations. The primary objectives were to detect the main structural features of Turkish donkeys by microsatellite markers. A panel of 17 microsatellite

Cars2‐Mediated Cysteine Catabolism Drives Brown Fat Development and Thermogenesis Through Persulfidating EBF2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We demonstrate that Cars2, a cysteine catabolic enzyme in mouse iBAT, is critical for cold tolerance and brown adipocyte differentiation. Through its CPERS activity, Cars2 produces CysSSH/H2S to induce EBF2 persulfidation, promoting its interaction with PPARγ and BRG1 to enhance thermogenic gene expression.
