Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.

Network Localization of Fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis
ABSTRACT Background Fatigue is among the most common symptoms and one of the main factors determining the quality of life in multiple sclerosis (MS). However, the neurobiological mechanisms underlying fatigue are not fully understood. Here we studied lesion locations and their connections in individuals with MS, aiming to identify brain networks ...

ABSTRACT Objective Peripheral neuropathies contribute to patient disability but may be diagnosed late or missed altogether due to late referral, limitation of current diagnostic methods and lack of specialized testing facilities. To address this clinical gap, we developed NeuropathAI, an interpretable deep learning–based multiclass classification ...

Pointwise I-convergence and I-convergence in measure of sequences of functions
AbstractLet I⊂P(N) be an ideal. We say that a sequence (yn)n∈N of real numbers is I-convergent to y∈R if for every neighborhood U of y the set of n's satisfying yn∉U is in I. Basing upon this notion we define pointwise I-convergence and I-convergence in measure of sequences of measurable functions defined on a measure space with finite measure.

Age‐Related Characteristics of SYT1‐Associated Neurodevelopmental Disorder
ABSTRACT Objectives We describe the clinical manifestations and developmental abilities of individuals with SYT1‐associated neurodevelopmental disorder (Baker‐Gordon syndrome) from infancy to adulthood. We further describe the neuroradiological and electrophysiological characteristics of the condition at different ages, and explore the associations ...

Ideal convergent subseries in Banach spaces
Assume that $\mathcal{I}$ is an ideal on $\mathbb{N}$, and $\sum_n x_n$ is a divergent series in a Banach space $X$. We study the Baire category, and the measure of the set $A(\mathcal{I}):=\left\{t \in \{0,1\}^{\mathbb{N}} \colon \sum_n t(n)x_n \textrm{

Functional Connectivity Linked to Cognitive Recovery After Minor Stroke
ABSTRACT Objective Patients with minor stroke exhibit slowed processing speed and generalized alterations in functional connectivity involving frontoparietal cortex (FPC). The pattern of connectivity evolves over time. In this study, we examine the relationship of functional connectivity patterns to cognitive performance, to determine ...

A Framework for I*-Statistical Convergence of Fuzzy Numbers
In this study, we investigate the concept of I*-statistical convergence for sequences of fuzzy numbers. We establish several theorems that provide a comprehensive understanding of this notion, including the uniqueness of limits, the relationship between ...
