Scandinavian Journal of Clinical & Laboratory Investigation, 1963The purification of factor VII by means of gel filtration on Sephadex G-25 and G-200 has been studied. A five fold purification above that given by ordinary barium sulphate adsorption was obtained without loss of factor VII activity. Some separation of factor VII and X was obtained.
