Bu tez çalışmasında, 2022-2024 yılları arasında bir Türk otomotiv firmasındaki içten yanmalı motorların montaj süreçlerinde karşılaşılan problemler, Avrupa'nın önde gelen otomotiv üreticileri tarafından kabul edilen IATF:16949 kalite standardı kapsamında analiz edilmiş ve iyileştirme çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir.
