MEOX1‐dependent signaling drives CAF activation, enhances VEGF‐C expression, and stimulates lymphangiogenesis, ultimately facilitating lymph node metastasis.

Multimodal Imaging Reveals Rapid Catecholamine Uptake and Release by Neutrophils
Advanced Science, EarlyView.We show that immune cells (neutrophils) synthesize, uptake, and store catecholamine neurotransmitters such as dopamine or adrenaline. They also release them in response to specific stimuli (serotonin), which we directly visualize using fluorescent nanosensors. Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals the dual role of celecoxib in intervertebral disc degeneration. While low concentrations are protective, high concentrations induce toxicity by upregulating HSP90, which synergizes with USP15 to deubiquitinate and stabilize RBX1. This leads to degradation of COMMD1/ATP7B, copper dyshomeostasis, and ultimately, cuproptosis.
