Atomically Doped 2D Black Phosphorus for Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells

The passivation of the perovskite film is achieved by utilizing nickel‐doped black phosphorus nanosheets. This passivation process leads to an enhancement in power conversion efficiency to over 22%, thereby demonstrating the potential of employing a single‐atom doping strategy in the advancement of next‐generation optoelectronic devices.
