Exogenous melatonin, especially when given at night, provides strong neuroprotective benefits by influencing circadian serum melatonin levels. It inhibits PI3K‐dependent inflammatory signaling and encourages the nuclear translocation of NRF2, along with activation of the NRF2/HO‐1 antioxidant pathway.

Psychological and Linguistic Features of Publicly Available Suicide Notes in Bangladesh: A Content Analysis

This study aimed to analyze the suicide notes in Bangladesh. Most suicide notes were handwritten, and written in Bangla where emotional pain (86.2%), hopelessness (81%), desire to escape (75.9%) and acceptance of death (56.9%) were the predominant themes. Hopelessness was higher among males, whereas anger was higher among females.
