Severity measurement in multiple trauma by use of ICDA conditions
Statistics in Medicine, 1982AbstractWe report here the results of a study of grading injury severity for patients with multiple traumatic injuries from ICDA codes listed on the face sheets of hospital medical records. We developed a method of scoring the severity of individual ICDA traumatic injuries with use of data from the NCHS Hospital Discharge Survey.

A performance comparison of CDA and ICDA in ADRP
International Journal of Microwave and Wireless Technologies, 2013Broadcasting is an inevitable operation in networks. This paper addresses the issues related to broadcasting such as node interference and latency delay in ad-hoc networks .These problems could be overcome by our proposed algorithm approximate directional routing protocol (ADRP) which is mainly inspired by the existing on-demand directional routing ...

Impact of different magnification levels on visual caries detection with ICDAS
Journal of Dentistry, 2015The aim of this in vitro study was to examine the effect of different levels of magnification on the accuracy and reliability of visual caries detection using ICDAS criteria.Occlusal surfaces of 100 extracted molars were assessed by 14 examiners (3rd and the 4th year dental students and dentists) using no magnification aids, a 2.5× Galilean loupe, a 4 ...

Reproducibility and Accuracy of the ICDAS-II for Detection of Occlusal Caries in vitro
Caries Research, 2008Aim: The aim of this study was to assess inter- and intra-examiner reproducibility and accuracy in the detection and assessment of occlusal caries in extracted human teeth using a newly developed visual method for caries diagnosis (International Caries Detection and Assessment System, ICDAS-II).

Step by step baseline calibration in ICDAS: an in vitro study
Medicine in Evolution, 2020The ICDAS II represents an algorithm developed for assessing stages of caries. It becomes the main “instrument” used in epidemiological study of dental caries. All the examiners should be trained and calibrated to use correctly the ICDAS II clinical criteria before the study begins.

ICDA: a platform for Intelligent Care Delivery Analytics.
AMIA ... Annual Symposium proceedings. AMIA Symposium, 2013The identification of high-risk patients is a critical component in improving patient outcomes and managing costs. This paper describes the Intelligent Care Delivery Analytics platform (ICDA), a system which enables risk assessment analytics that process large collections of dynamic electronic medical data to identify at-risk patients.

Introducing the International Circuit Designers Association (ICDA)
Circuit World, 1991Ten years ago, long before surface mounting became an issue for mass production, the role of the printed circuit designer was mainly to design a conductive interconnect with through‐hole mounted connecting pins. At this time, manufacturing technology was very little influenced by the circuit designer, since all components were inserted into through ...
