Electrochemical Stabilization of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) via Electronic Band Engineering Enables Long‐Life, High‐Energy‐Density Li‐Ion Batteries

Frontier orbital energy engineering of PTFE by incorporating electron‐withdrawing oxygen‐ and nitrogen‐containing functional groups alters the local electronic environment and elevates the LUMO energy.
