Caspase‐3/GSDME‐Mediated Trophoblast Pyroptosis and Reciprocal Macrophage Polarization Contribute to Inflammation in Early‐Onset Preeclampsia

In trophoblast cells, T/S (TNFα + SM164) activated caspase‐3, which cleaved GSDME to switch apoptosis to pyroptosis, causing cell swelling, membrane rupture, and release of LDH, HMGB1, IL‐1β and IL‐18. Enhancing Binding by Electron Transfer at Heterointerfaces of Biochar‐Modified Hydrogel to Improve Utilization Efficiency of Wastewater Recovered Nutrients

Enhancing the utilization efficiency of nutrients recovered from wastewater is achieved through hydrogel modification by biochar. The strategy improves nutrient binding to hydrogels via electron transfer at heterointerfaces, thereby reducing nutrient release rate.

Engineered Bacteria Factory Integrating Drug Delivery and Antibody Manufacture for Activating the STING Signal Pathway Mediated Tumor Immunotherapy

To address the limitations of protein‐based ICIs in applications, this study constructed an engineered bacterium, HRB, capable of expressing aCD47 in hypoxic TME. Through the Schiff base reaction, responsive liposomes (LC) loaded with the STING agonist cGAMP were connected to the surface of bacteria to form HRB@LC.

Brain‐Adhesive Bioelectronics With Shape‐Morphable and Biodegradable Properties for Stable Brain Signal Monitoring

A brain‐adhesive sensor (B‐Sensor) was developed by integrating a self‐healing biodegradable elastomer, a tissue‐adhesive hydrogel, and molybdenum electrodes. The B‐Sensor adheres to brain tissue, conforms to cortical curvatures, and maintains stable electrical performance over the intended period for reliable recording of spatiotemporal brain activity
