Microgel‐Based Hierarchical Porous Hydrogel Patch with Adhesion and Resilience for Myocardial Infarction

This study develops a hierarchically porous hydrogel patch strategy (HPMP), based on gas‐shearing microfluidics and an aqueous two‐phase system to fabricate porous microgels as microgel‐based bioinks. The porous microgels with controllable porous structure exhibit excellent cellular behavior.

Adipocyte‐Derived Exosomal miR‐5099 Mitigates M1 Macrophage Polarization and Adipose Inflammation via c‐Met/NF‐κB Axis to Improve Metabolic Health

Celastrol upregulates adipocyte‐derived exosomal miR‐5099, suppressing the macrophage c‐Met/NF‐κB axis to mitigate pro‐inflammatory M1 polarization and adipose inflammation. These miR‐5099‐enriched exosomes also act as endocrine signals targeting the liver, muscle, and adipocytes to significantly enhance systemic insulin sensitivity.

Ascites circRNA ASCOR Drives Platinum Resistance of High‐Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer by Facilitating RPA1 Nuclear Translocation

High‐grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC) is plagued by platinum resistance, with malignant ascites closely linked to poor outcomes. Here, we identify ASCOR, a circRNA enriched in ascites small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) from platinum‐resistant HGSOC patients, as a predictor of poor survival.
