ICN PATTA: ICN Privacy Attack Through Traffic Analysis

open access: yes2021 IEEE 46th Conference on Local Computer Networks (LCN), 2021
PATTA is the first privacy attack based on network traffic analysis in Information-Centric Networking. PATTA aims to automatically identify the category of requested content by sniffing the communication towards the first hop router. PATTA applies text processing and machine learning techniques to content names in content-oriented architectures.

The Development and Co-Production of a Caregiver Coping Resource for Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Autoimmune Liver Disease. [PDF]

open access: yesLearn Health Syst
ABSTRACT Objective Caregivers of children with chronic conditions have mental health needs, with no known resources for caregiver coping in pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and autoimmune liver disease (AILD), which can be co‐morbid. Towards disruption tolerant ICN [PDF]

open access: yes2015 IEEE Symposium on Computers and Communication (ISCC), 2015
Information-Centric Networking (ICN) is a promi- nent topic in current networking research. ICN design signifi- cantly considers the increased demand of scalable and efficient content distribution for Future Internet. However, intermittently connected mobile environments or disruptive networks present a significant challenge to ICN deployment.

5G-ICN: Delivering ICN Services over 5G Using Network Slicing [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Communications Magazine, 2017
The challenging requirements of 5G--from both the applications and the architecture perspectives--motivate the need to explore the feasibility of delivering services over new network architectures. As 5G proposes application-centric network slicing, which enables the use of new data planes realizable over a programmable compute, storage, and transport ...
