Tailored Synthesis of Doped Non‐Layered Oxide Nanosheets Using Designed Solid‐State Surfactants

This work reports a solid‐state surfactant templating method that enables precise doping of non‐layered oxide nanosheets. Using ceria and rare‐earth elements as model systems, we established design principles for solid‐state surfactants containing multiple elements.

Tc-99 detection in water samples by ICP-MS

In this work three radiochemical procedures are presented for the determination of 99Tc in aqueous environmental samples by ICP-MS. Technetium is pre-concentrated from a dilute solution by a reduction-precipitation process using FeSO4 as the reducing agent.

A High‐Entropy Strategy for Chemoresistive Ethanol Sensors With Remarkably Rapid and Selective Response

The configurational‐entropy strategy enables rapid and sensitive ethanol detection using a multicomponent oxide. The high‐entropy (InSnFeZnW)Ox provides enriched oxygen vacancies and diverse adsorption sites that strengthen surface reactivity. The sensor achieves a 5135% ethanol response with fast kinetics and stable long‐term operation.

Mixed‐Coordination Electrolytes With Molecular Additives for Robust Interphases in High‐Voltage Rechargeable Magnesium Batteries

A mixed‐coordination electrolyte (MCE) combined with a molecular additive (MCE‐MA) promotes pseudo ion pair (pIP) formation within a solvent‐separated ion pair (SSIP)–rich environment, enabling a robust interphase that significantly improves the cycle performance of high‐voltage rechargeable magnesium batteries (RMBs).
