Sarcoidosis in identical twins.
サルコイド-シスの一卵性双生児発生例は欧米では報告があるが,我国では今だみられない.今回,一卵性双生児の双方に発症したサルコイドーシスを経験したので報告する.症例1は検診にてBHL,肺野小粒状影を認め, Kveim test陽性, ACE値上昇,経気管支肺生検にてサルコイドーシスと診断した.症例2は当初,胸部レントゲン線写真にて異常は認めなかつたが, Kveim test施行後, BHL出現, Kveim test陽性,さらに前斜角筋リンパ節生検にてサルコイドーシスの発症を確認した.本症例は,サルコイドーシス発症の病因として内因(遺伝因子)が重要なことを強く示唆するものと考える.
