Monitoring Parameter Identifiability With AUDI
A simple, practical and unified method is presented for detecting the parameter identifiability problems due to non-persistent excitation, overparameterization and/or output feedback within the identified system. All the required information is generated

PhosSight is a unified deep‐learning framework for phosphoproteome identification, featured by a phosphorylation‐aware detectability predictor. It improves identification sensitivity in DDA through deep re‐localization and rescoring, accelerates DIA searches by detectability‐guided spectral library pruning, and expands phosphoproteome coverage to ...

Identifiability Analysis Using Data Cloning
Lack of identifiability in statistical models may hinder unique inferential conclusions. Therefore, the search for parametric constraints that ensure identifiability is of utmost importance in statistics.

AI‐Designed Cyclic Peptides Enable Controllable Modulation of the CD28 Immune Checkpoint
AI‐designed cyclic peptides enable controllable modulation of the CD28 immune checkpoint through reversible disruption of CD28‐CD80/CD86 interactions. The lead peptide, CIP‐3, suppresses T‐cell activation without intrinsic agonist activity, demonstrates dose‐dependent efficacy in a murine colitis model, and attenuates inflammatory cytokine production ...

Revisiting the General Identifiability Problem
We revisit the problem of general identifiability originally introduced in [Lee et al., 2019] for causal inference and note that it is necessary to add positivity assumption of observational distribution to the original definition of the problem. We show

Automated Extraction of Multicomponent Alloy Data Using Large Language Models for Sustainable Design
A large language model (LLM) based pipeline is developed to automatically extract a comprehensive and accurate multicomponent alloy database from literature corpus. The extracted dataset is integrated with sustainability indicators to identify potential alloys that outperform existing industrial benchmark materials in terms of both performance and ...

This study develops 16:0 LPC‐modified lipid nanoparticles (LPC‐LNPs) with cancer cell specificity by exploiting altered tumor lipid metabolism. LPC‐LNPs encapsulating Cd28 small interfering RNA (LPC‐LNP‐Cd28) knock down cancer cell CD28 without affecting T cells, inflame the tumor microenvironment, and overcome anti‐PD‐1 resistance.
