Survival Outcomes and Complications Among Canadian Children With Retinoblastoma: A Population‐Based Report From CYP‐C

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Purpose Retinoblastoma (RB) is the most common pediatric ocular cancer, yet population‐based data on survival and risk factors remain limited. This study aimed to describe survival in a large national RB cohort and identify predictors of death and complications.

Generalized Fierz identities

open access: yes, 2003
Low energy weak interactions calculations with fermions frequently involve a superposition of quartic products of Dirac spinors, in which the order of the spinors is not the same in all the contributing terms. A common trick that is used to bring them to

Diophantine equations and identities

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1985
The general diophantine equations of the second and third degree are far from being totally solved. The equations considered in this paper are    i)  x2−my2=±1 ii)  x3+my3+m2z3−3mxyz=1iii)  Some fifth degree diopantine ...

A new family of Apostol–Genocchi polynomials associated with their certain identities

open access: yesApplied Mathematics in Science and Engineering, 2023
In this paper, we provide a generating function for mix type Apostol–Genocchi polynomials of order η associated with Bell polynomials. We also derive certain important identities of Apostol Genocchi polynomials of order η based on Bell polynomials, such ...

Personalized Selumetinib Dosing in Pediatric Neurofibromatosis Type 1: Insights From a Pilot Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate selumetinib exposure using therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (PN), assess interpatient pharmacokinetic variability, and explore the relationship between drug exposure, clinical response, and adverse effects.

Generalized Foster's identities [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Foster's network theorems and their extensions to higher orders involve resistance values and conductances. We establish identities concerning voltage values and conductances.

Unveiling the relationship between language learning beliefs, emotions, and identities

open access: yesStudies in Second Language Learning and Teaching, 2015
Several authors (Frijda, Manstead, & Bem, 2000; Van Veen & Lasky, 2006) suggest that emotions, cognitions, and identities are intrinsically related.

Sirolimus for Extracranial Arteriovenous Malformations: A Scoping Review of the Evidence in Syndromic and Non‐Syndromic Cases

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.
