Lipomatosis of the ileocecal valve [PDF]
Ten cases of lipomatosis of the ileocecal valve are reported. The age of the patients (7 females and 3 males) varied between 37 and 70 years. The chief complaint was abdominal pains, most often in the right lower quadrant. Other symptoms were obstipation, blood in the stools, flatulence, abdominal tenderness, and diarrhea.
