Image Based Lighting using HDR-video
It has been widely recognized that lighting plays a key role in the realism and visual interest of computer graphics renderings. This hasled to research and development of image based lighting (IBL) techniques where the illumination conditions in real world scenes are captured as high dynamic range (HDR) image panoramas and used as lighting information

A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

Dimma: Semi-Supervised Low-Light Image Enhancement with Adaptive Dimming
Enhancing low-light images with natural colors poses a challenge due to camera processing variations and limited access to ground-truth lighting conditions. To address this, we propose Dimma, a semi-supervised approach that aligns with any camera using a

Emerging role of ARHGAP29 in melanoma cell phenotype switching
This study gives first insights into the role of ARHGAP29 in malignant melanoma. ARHGAP29 was revealed to be connected to tumor cell plasticity, promoting a mesenchymal‐like, invasive phenotype and driving tumor progression. Further, it modulates cell spreading by influencing RhoA/ROCK signaling and affects SMAD2 activity. Rho GTPase‐activating protein

PAL-net: a light correction method for pears based on image information characteristics
Complex lighting conditions often lead to reduced accuracy in pear image object detection. Addressing this research gap, this paper first quantitatively analyzes the varying impacts of lighting at different times of day on pear object detection ...

The synthesis and analysis of color images [PDF]
A method is described for performing the synthesis and analysis of digital color images. The method is based on two principles. First, image data are represented with respect to the separate physical factors, surface reflectance and the spectral power ...
