DNA Hanger: Surface‐Minimized Single‐Molecule Immunoassay Platform

open access: yesSmall, Volume 21, Issue 31, August 7, 2025.
The DNA Hanger platform suspends long DNA molecules biotinylated along their length away from the surface, effectively minimizing nonspecific protein binding. The assay achieves high sensitivity and specificity in single‐molecule FLISA down to subpicomolar levels.

A Sub‐Diffraction‐Limit Dimension All‐Plasmonic Optical Memory Using Non‐Linear Photochromism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 27, July 17, 2025.
An all‐plasmonic optical memory is demonstrated by using nonlinear plasmonics on a sub‐diffraction limit plasmonic nanowire waveguide coated with a photochromic diarylethene that supports the complete memory processes, “Write”, “Erase”, and “Readout” the memory ON/OFF states. Abstract The development of compact, high‐speed, and energy‐efficient optical

Dissection of Behavioral Components and the Role of Omega/Delta Turns for the Chemotaxis of C. elegans

open access: yesGenes to Cells, Volume 30, Issue 4, July 2025.
The analyses of centerline‐based posture dynamics of C. elegans during chemotaxis indicated that directional turns are achieved in a two‐step process: (1) selection of the sequence type (at least in the case of single turns) and (2) adjustment of the turning angle within the selected turn type (for a backward turn to a forward turn).
