Using a novel zebrafish‐based inflammatory screening strategy, we screened and identified 18β‐glycyrrhetinic acid (18β‐GA) as a promising anti‐inflammatory candidate. We uncover a microglial mTOR–autophagy–NLRP3 axis that constitutes the mechanistic core of 18β‐GA–mediated neuroprotection.

Reduced CB1 Cannabinoid Receptor Expression in Alzheimer's Disease and Transgenic Mouse Models
CB1 receptor (CB1R) expression was significantly reduced in the hippocampus, medial frontal gyrus, and superior temporal gyrus of Alzheimer's patients. CB1R levels negatively correlated with amyloid‐β and tau pathology. In addition, CB1R expression was also reduced in the cortex of 5xFAD mice and in the hippocampus of Tg4‐42 mice.

Use of Mental Imagery in Psychotherapy: A Critical Review
The paper presents arguments in favor of the use of mental imagery for therapeutic purposes. Several existing imagery approaches to psychotherapy are critically examined and suggestions for future inquiry are offered. The intimate relation between imagery and the affective-somatic processes is stressed.
