Bleomycin‐Induced Acral Dyshidrosiform Eruption: A Rare Cutaneous Toxicity Mimicking Eczema

Clinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 7, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Bleomycin toxicity can present as dyshidrotic eczema on acral surfaces, distinct from classic flagellate erythema. This rare eruption is often refractory to corticosteroids but resolves upon drug discontinuation. Early recognition is crucial to avoid unnecessary antimicrobial therapy and to guide timely chemotherapy modification.

Pulmonary Leukemic Infiltration in Relapsed Acute Myeloid Leukemia: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Pulmonary leukemic infiltration (PLI) is a rare complication of acute myeloid leukemia often misdiagnosed as pneumonia. This case highlights a unique presentation of PLI in a relapsed patient without hyperleukocytosis, necessitating a high index of suspicion.
