IMF Conditionality on Corruption: The Politics of Good Governance
Regulation &Governance, EarlyView.ABSTRACT We offer a systematic analysis of IMF loan conditionality on corruption and argue that the Fund's pursuit of anti‐corruption measures is tempered by two political costs. First, because corruption is politically sensitive, the IMF risks destabilizing recipient governments and provoking crises.

Review of International Economics, EarlyView.ABSTRACT We study the effects of services trade reforms in a multi‐country multi‐sector quantitative trade model with input–output linkages. Services matter both as final consumption and as production inputs: cheaper traded services lower household prices directly and reduce the costs of downstream producers also indirectly.
