Abstract The susceptible‐infected‐recovered (SIR) model is the cornerstone of epidemiological models. However, this specification depends on two parameters only, which results in its lack of flexibility and explains its difficulty to replicate the volatile reproduction numbers observed in practice.

Anti‐aging and rejuvenating effects and mechanism of Dead Sea water in skin

This work evaluated the anti‐aging and rejuvenating effects of Dead Sea Water (DSW) using normal human dermal fibroblasts (NHDFs) and 3D skin models. The results have showed the potential mechanism behind the age‐related biological functions of DSW is associated with multiple biological pathways in the skin by RNA‐sequencing analysis.
