The Journal of communicable diseases, 2002 Serological studies were done on 127 cases using three different techniques namely indirect haemagglutination (IHA), indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFT) and counter immunoelectrophoresis (CIEP) to detect antiamoebic antibodies.
