A multifunctional mPDZM nanoplatform is developed in this study. mPDZM integrates chemotherapy‐induced senescence, selective senolysis, and STING‐mediated immune activation. mPDZM effectively clears senescent tumor cells, remodels the tumor immune microenvironment, and enhances antitumor T‐cell responses.

ABSTRACT Acute acalculous cholecystitis can rarely be the initial manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus. Awareness of this atypical presentation is essential to avoid unnecessary surgical intervention. Prompt recognition and initiation of immunosuppressive therapy may resolve symptoms and help establish the correct underlying diagnosis.

This review systematically deconstructs the pathological efferocytic—metabolic axis in tumours, framing it as a three‐stage, self‐reinforcing cycle: from metabolite‐driven macrophage recruitment, through hijacked surface recognition, to post‐phagocytic metabolic reprogramming that locks in immunosuppression.

Phagocytosis of yeast activates recruitment of proteases and trafficking factors from the secretory and endosomal pathways to the IRAP compartment and subsequently phagosomes, promoting cross‐presentation.
