Monoallelic POLR3A Variants Cause Early‐Onset Peripheral Neuropathy
Annals of Neurology, EarlyView.Objective Biallelic variants in genes encoding the RNA polymerase III complex (Pol III) cause a spectrum of neurological disorders primarily affecting the central nervous system.
