Impact of synthetic route on the structural and microstructural changes in the ZrO2-CaO system

2017
In the presented research we investigated phase development in the ZrO2-CaO system during the thermal treatments up to 1000 °C. The precursors of ZrO2-CaO system covering the whole concentration range were prepared using two synthetic routes: co-precipitation from aqueous solutions and ball milling of the corresponding nitrate salts.
