Loading Effect of W-band Resonant Tunneling Diode Oscillator by Using Load-Pull Measurement [PDF]
Resonant tunneling diode (RTD) is the fastest solid-state electronic device with the highest reported frequency at 1.92 THz [1]. RTD-based THz sources have many promising applications such as ultrafast wireless communications, THz imaging, etc.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

A Frequency-Tracking and Impedance-Matching Combined System for Robust Wireless Power Transfer
One of the greatest challenges to power embedded devices using magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer (WPT) system is that the amount of power delivered to the load is very sensitive to load impedance variations.

PROGETTO E REALIZZAZIONE DI UN SISTEMA PER L'ADATTAMENTO AUTOMATICO DELL'IMPEDENZA D'INGRESSO DI UN'ANTENNA. [PDF]
This document describes the design of an automatic matching network control system used to solve some impedance matching problems. All current matching networks are driven in half-automatic way, so they do not allow providing real-time matching between ...

Measurements of a Quantum Dot with an Impedance-Matching On-Chip LC Resonator at GHz Frequencies [PDF]
We report the realization of a bonded-bridge on-chip superconducting coil and its use in impedance-matching a highly ohmic quantum dot (QD) to a $\rm{3~GHz}$ measurement setup. The coil, modeled as a lumped-element $LC$ resonator, is more compact and has
