(Keynote) Modeling of Impedance

ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2016
Sophisticated models exist for many electrochemical systems, based on physical and chemical laws.  These may be transient or steady.  They generally involve many physical quantities, and a corresponding number of governing equations, distributed over a spatial region.

Flexible humidity sensors impedance modeling

Photonics Applications in Astronomy, Communications, Industry, and High-Energy Physics Experiments 2018, 2018
This paper presents flexible humidity sorption sensors, its construction and impedance measurement results. Based on the obtained results and models applied to various humidity sensors, a model with two resistors and two constant phase elements is chosen as the most appropriate. Fitting procedure is described and its results are presented.

Mapping the Impedance Spectrum of Montague Model of Skin Impedance

2018 4th International Conference for Convergence in Technology (I2CT), 2018
Transdermal drug delivery is a non-invasive method of drug administration. However to achieve this, drug has to pass through the complicated structure of skin. Complex structure of skin can be modeled by electrical equivalent circuit to calculate its impedance which is frequency dependent.

Impedance Imaging and Electrode Models

1997
In this article, we consider the impedance imaging problem of estimating the unknown resistivity distribution in a body from a finite number of current-voltage measurements on the surface of the body. In practice, the current is injected into the body through electrodes attached on the surface, and usually the same electrodes are used for voltage ...

Modeling an Impedance Tuner

2015
A model for precise identification of reflections in mixed distributed-lumped high frequency structures is proposed. The adequate structure that is suitable for this model class is a cascade of transmission lines tapped by lumped elements which are the source of the reflections.

Power combining port impedance model

1997 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest, 2002
A novel way to characterize the port impedances of broadband combining networks has been developed. The impedance of a coupler port in the environment of a fully driven combiner is analyzed to develop a thorough understanding of the interaction of power MMICs and combiners in actual manufacturing environments.

Impedance Model Based Stability Control

2020
The instability of the drive system is caused by the interaction of the LC resonance and the constant power load (CPL), hence the active damping methods have been applied to damp the resonance and stabilize the drive system.

AC Impedance Modeling and Database

3rd International Energy Conversion Engineering Conference, 2005
A database of AC impedance measurements on lithium-ion cells is being developed at The Aerospace Corporation. Cells are being examined at various voltages and temperatures. Cell sizes range from 1.5 Ah to 100 Ah and encompass different geometries. Modeling is underway to enable comparison across differing cell lots, geometries, and sizes. Modeling also

Probabilistic Modeling of Harmonic Impedances

2009
In the previous chaptermodels for probabilistic network analysis were considered assuming, for simplicity sake, the network component impedances remain constant. This assumption can be justified by the complexity of taking into account the time variance of the network configuration and the existing correlations present; the assumption is near to be ...
