Engineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 8, August 2026.Finite element and Campbell analyses evaluated noise and vibration in a tri‐lobe compressor. A critical speed of 243 rad/s due to backward whirl was identified. Modal and static results revealed vibration hotspots at flanges and lobe tips. Design optimization enhances structural integrity, reduces resonance risk, and minimizes noise emission.
