Single‐Field Evolution Rule Governs the Dynamics of Representational Drift in Mouse Hippocampal Dorsal CA1 Region

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Long‐term hippocampal place‐code dynamics are investigated using calcium imaging across weeks of maze navigation. Analyses reveal a novelty‐irrelevant Single‐Field Evolution Rule (SFER), where active fields promote persistence and inactive fields decline.

Identifying Implicit Polarity of Events by Using an Attention-Based Neural Network Model

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Sentiment analysis has attracted extensive attention in recent years. Existing work mainly focuses on sentiment classification task in which a text or sentence usually contains sentiment word to express subjective feeling.

Mapping Charge Interactions in Intrinsically Disordered Proteins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents analytical models to predict intrachain distances in intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs), accounting for charge patterning, salt concentration, and electrostatic effects. Validated against single‐molecule FRET data, a minimal‐parameter polymer model is identified that captures key interactions and chain dimensions. These models

The Effects of Implicit and Explicit Instruction on the Academic Interlanguage Pragmatic Knowledge of Iranian EFL Learners [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of English Language and Translation Studies, 2018
Pragmatic competence, as one of the main components of communicative competence, ought to be given sufficient attention by the foreign language instructors and students. Recently, a surge of interest in interlanguage pragmatics (ILP) has been witnessed.

Extracting Explicit and Implicit Aspects Using Deep Learning

open access: yesEmerging Science Journal
The proliferation of user-generated content on social networks and websites has heightened the significance of sentiment analysis, also known as opinion mining, as a critical tool for comprehending people’s attitudes toward various topics. Aspect-level sentiment analysis, which considers specific aspects or features of texts, provides a more ...

Population‐Based Multi‐Omics and Cohort Study Identifying Predictive Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets for Psoriatic Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Psoriatic disease (PsD) is a chronic skin disease, with challenges in early risk stratification and drug development. Through gene‐level causal inference framework and expression level validation, combined with longitudinal cohort study, CDSN and PRSS8 have been identified as candidate biomarkers and therapeutic targets for PsD.

scPER: A Rigorous Computational Approach to Determine Cellular Subtypes in Tumors Aligned With Cancer Phenotypes From Total RNA Sequencing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
scPER presents an adversarial‐autoencoder framework that deconvolves bulk total RNA‐seq to quantify tumor‐microenvironment cell types and uncover phenotype‐linked subclusters. Across diverse benchmarks, scPER improves accuracy over existing tools.

Spectral Decomposition of Chemical Semantics for Activity Cliffs‐Aware Molecular Property Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
PrismNet mimics chemical intuition by functioning as a computational prism, refracting molecular graphs into complementary semantic views and spectral frequencies. This dual‐decomposition strategy effectively captures both global topologies and subtle “activity cliff” perturbations.
