The assessment of nanofluid in a Von Karman flow with temperature relied viscosity
This work endeavor to study the heat and mass transfer viscous nanofluid features in a Von Karman flow invoking the variable viscosity mechanism. Moreover, we have extended our study in view of heat generation and uniform suction effects.

Extrapolated Implicit–Explicit Runge–Kutta Methods
We investigate a new class of implicit–explicit singly diagonally implicit Runge–Kutta methods for ordinary differential equations with both non-stiff and stiff components. The approach is based on extrapolation of the stage values at the current step by

Implicitization of differential rational parametric equations
The problem of implicitization for algebraic varieties takes care of finding algorithms to get the ideal of an unirational algebraic variety from a system of parametric equations. This classical problem has been much studied in recent years with the method of Gröbner bases. Here the analogous problem is studied for differential varieties.

In this paper, a symmetric eight-step predictor method (explicit) of 10th order is presented for the numerical integration of IVPs of second-order ordinary differential equations. This scheme has variable coefficients and can be used as a predictor stage

Peano's Theorem for Implicit Differential Equations
The author proves an existence result for the Cauchy problem \[ F(t,x,x', \ldots,x^{(m)})=0,\quad x(0)=x_0,x'(0)=x_1, \ldots, x^{(m-1)}(0)=x_{m-1}, \] with \(m \in {\mathbb N}\). He looks for solutions in the Lipschitz sense and gives an example where there exist no classical solutions.

On completely integrable implicit ordinary differential equations [PDF]
For smooth explicit n-th order ordinary differential equations, there exists a unique solution with initial condition and hence exists an n-parameter family of solutions at least locally.

Strong approximation for Itô stochastic differential equations [PDF]
In this paper, a class of semi-implicit two-stage stochastic Runge-Kutta methods (SRKs) of strong global order one, with minimum principal error constants are given.

An Analysis of a Family of Difference Schemes for Solving Hyperbolic Partial Differential Equations
Partial differential equations are an integral part of modern scientific development. Hyperbolic partial differential equations are encountered in many fields and have many applications—both linear and nonlinear types, with some being semilinear and ...
