Smart Nanotechnologies for Multimodal Neuromodulation and Brain Interfacing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Recent advances in smart nanotechnologies are expanding the toolbox for brain interfacing, from wireless neuromodulation and high‐resolution sensing to targeted delivery within the central nervous system. By combining responsive nanomaterials with bioinspired design, these platforms enable multimodal interactions with neurons and glia, while also ...

PAIR: Reconstructing Single‐Cell Open‐Chromatin Landscapes for Transcription Factor Regulome Mapping

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
scATAC‐seq analysis is often constrained by limited sequencing depth, extreme sparsity, and pervasive technical missingness. PAIR is a probabilistic framework that restores scATAC‐seq accessibility profiles by directly modeling the native cell–peak bipartite structure of chromatin accessibility.

Some novel existence and stability results for a nonlinear implicit fractional differential equation with non-local boundary conditions

open access: yesPartial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics
This paper investigates nonlinear implicit fractional differential equations involving Hilfer-Katugampola fractional derivatives. Novel techniques are developed to establish the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the proposed problem using fixed ...

Implicit coupled Hilfer–Hadamard fractional differential systems under weak topologies

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2018
In this article, we present some existence of weak solutions for a coupled system of implicit fractional differential equations of Hilfer–Hadamard type. Our approach is based on Mönch’s fixed point theorem associated with the technique of measure of weak

Periodic boundary value problems for fractional implicit differential equations involving Hilfer fractional derivative

open access: yesIssues of Analysis, 2020
Motivated by the idea of implicit ordinary differential equations, in this work, authors consider a class of periodic boundary value problem for nonlinear implicit fractional differential equations. The derivative is taken in the sense of Hilfer fractional derivative.

Revisiting Target‐Aware de novo Molecular Generation with TarPass: Between Rational Design and Texas Sharpshooter

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TarPass provides a rigorous benchmark for target‐aware de novo molecular generation by jointly evaluating protein‐ligand interactions, molecular plausibility, and drug‐likeness on 18 well‐studied targets. Results show that current models often fail to consistently surpass random baseline in target‐specific enrichment, while post hoc multi‐tier virtual ...

Data‐Driven Modeling of Composition–Processing–Microstructure Relations for Recycled Aluminum Cast Alloys

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Interpretable machine learning reveals how composition and processing govern the formation and microstructural burden of Fe‐rich intermetallic compounds in recycled Al–Si–Fe–Mn alloys. By separating morphology selection from morphology‐conditioned burden partitioning, this framework shows that identical Fe contents can yield different intermetallic ...

Existence and uniqueness results for the coupled systems of implicit fractional differential equations with periodic boundary conditions

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2018
In this paper, we study the periodic boundary value problems for the coupled systems of fractional implicit differential equations. Basing on the coincidence degree theory, we establish the existence and uniqueness theorems.

Enhancing Biogenic Formic Acid Production in the Modified OxFA Process by Acetonitrile Addition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, the beneficial effect of using acetonitrile as a co‐solvent in the modified OxFA process is shown, outperforming methanol, demonstrating improved reaction kinetics combined with high selectivity for the HPA‐2 (H5PV2Mo10O40) catalyzed oxidation of xylose to FA.
