Impulsive Lorenz semiflows: Physical measures, statistical stability and entropy stability
We study semiflows generated via impulsive perturbations of Lorenz flows. We prove that such semiflows admit a finite number of physical measures. Moreover, if the impulsive perturbation is small enough, we show that the physical measures of the semiflows are close, in the weak* topology, to the unique physical measure of the Lorenz flow.

Problematic drinking, impulsivity, and physical IPV perpetration: A dyadic analysis.
Alcohol use and impulsivity are 2 known risk factors for intimate partner violence (IPV). The current study examined the independent and interactive effects of problematic drinking and 5 facets of impulsivity (i.e., negative urgency, positive urgency, sensation seeking, lack of premeditation, and lack of perseverance) on perpetration of physical IPV ...

STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES AND OPERATIONAL PHILOSOPHY OF THE VEHICLE WITH THE QUANTUM ENGINE
Successes of physics of last decades have designated prospect of the new technological way; use of antigravitational principles of moving of objects and a propulsive drive will be its basis. At conceptual level possibilities of use of the quantum engine (

EMODnet physics: towards an European impulsive noise register
EMODnet Physics, one of the European Marine Observation and Data network thematic portals, which is is currently providing access physical parameters of the oceans, has recently started working on water noise with the aim of making available more operational data (in terms of parameters and format that are close to MSFD I.11 requirements), offer a ...

Spectral analysis for the almost periodic quadratic pencil with impulse
In this study, we delve into the spectral properties of a pencil of nonself-adjoint second-order differential operators characterized by almost periodic potentials and impulse conditions.

Effect of casing yield stress on bomb blast impulse
An equation to predict blast effects from cased charges was first proposed by U. Fano in 1944 and revised by E.M. Fisher in 1953 [1]. Fisher’s revision provides much better matches to available blast impulse data, but still requires empirical parameter ...

The uncertainty principle and classical amplitudes
We study the variance in the measurement of observables during scattering events, as computed using amplitudes. The classical regime, characterised by negligible uncertainty, emerges as a consequence of an infinite set of relationships among multileg ...

Room Impulse response reconstruction using physics-constrained neural networks
In this paper, we present a method for reconstructing the sound field in a room using physics-informed neural networks. Our approach employs a limited set of room impulse responses as training data for the network, while also incorporating the fundamental physical principles of sound propagation in space through the use of the wave equation.
