Optimal impulsive control problems with hysteresis

2017 Constructive Nonsmooth Analysis and Related Topics (dedicated to the memory of V.F. Demyanov) (CNSA), 2017
This paper deals with an optimal control problem for measure-driven differential equations with hysteresis. The hysteresis is modelled as a scalar rate independent variational inequality. First, we propose a concept of solution to the impulsive control system of our measure-driven differential equations with hysteresis.

Optimal impulse control problem with constrained number of impulses

Mathematics and Computers in Simulation, 1992
The classical statement of the impulse control problems [73], [98], [122], [218], [121] presumes, as a rule, the energy type constraints to be imposed on the total intensity of control actions. However, if there are no restrictions that are imposed on the total number of impulses or/and on the impulse repetition rate, then the impulse sliding mode can ...

Optimal impulsive control problems with state constraints

Proceedings of 32nd IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 2002
Provides necessary conditions of optimality for optimal impulsive control problems in the term of a generalized maximum principle. The authors allow for nonlinear dynamics, states constraints and interaction between impulsive controls and state trajectories. >

Necessary optimality conditions for impulsive control problems *

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2004
Abstract In this article, we present first and second order necessary conditions of optimality for impulsive control problems recently obtained by the authors. Two kind of results are discussed: first order necessary conditions of optimaiity for the free time optimal control problem with state and control constraints and second order necessary ...

Impulsive Controllability and Optimization Problems Lagrange’s Method and Applications

Zeitschrift für Analysis und ihre Anwendungen, 1998
the present paper, a class of optimization problems to impulsive control of smooth dynamical processes is investigated. Necessary and sufficiently conditions for existence of optimal impulsive controllability of the initial-value problem for a dynamical system are obtained. The derived results are applied to the analysis of some classical problems from

Optimization problems for switched systems with impulsive control

Journal of Control Theory and Applications, 2005
By using Impulsive Maximum Principal and three stage optimization method, this paper discusses optimization problems for linear impulsive switched systems with hybrid controls, which includes continuous control and impulsive control. The linear quadratic optimization problems without constraints such as optimal hybrid control, optimal stability and ...
