Second Order Necessary Conditions for Optimal Impulsive Control Problems

The authors have derived first- and second-order necessary conditions for optimality for an impulsive control problem. These conditions are proved by decoding the conditions obtained by applying the extremal principle for an abstract problem. Two examples illustrating the main features of these conditions are given.
