Advances in 4D Representation: Geometry, Motion, and Interaction

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
We survey 4D representation through three key pillars — geometry, motion, and interaction — offering a selective, representation‐centric perspective to guide researchers in choosing and customizing the right 4D representation for their tasks. Abstract We present a survey on 4D generation and reconstruction, a fast‐evolving subfield of computer graphics

Digital Learning Meets Diagnostic Dentistry: A Mixed‐Methods Study to Evaluate Intraoral Periapical Radiograph Interpretation

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Dental Education, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Despite increased use of e‐learning, its value in developing practical diagnostic competencies, particularly in oral radiology, remains unclear. The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes in students' IOPAR interpretation scores and structured reporting after participation in an interactive, self‐directed e‐learning module.

Biomechanical effects of equine training aids: A systematic review

open access: yesEquine Veterinary Education, EarlyView.
Summary Equine training aids, including auxiliary reins such as draw reins, Pessoa‐type systems and side reins, are widely used during lungeing and ridden exercise to improve posture, back engagement and movement quality. Despite their extensive practical application, the biomechanical effects of these devices remain poorly defined and are often ...

Extended Reality in Endodontics: A Review of Current Applications and Future Potential

open access: yesInternational Endodontic Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Extended reality (XR) technologies, encompassing augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR), are increasingly used in endodontic education and practice. A gap exists regarding understanding of XR's applications and limitations among endodontic educators and practitioners.

When Integration Backfires: Examining the Effects of Mandatory Inter‐Municipal Cooperation on Local Housing Markets

open access: yesJournal of Regional Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper estimates the causal effect of mandatory inter‐municipal cooperation on local service provision and housing markets. I examine Italy's 2010 reform, which required small municipalities to jointly manage core administrative functions, and identify its impact using a fuzzy difference‐in‐discontinuity design.

Cardiovascular Outcomes of GLP‐1–Based Medicines Among People With Overweight and Obesity: An Umbrella Review of Meta‐Analyses of Randomized Controlled Trials

open access: yesObesity Reviews, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Cardiovascular (CV) outcomes of Glucagon‐like peptide‐1 (GLP‐1)–based medicines among people with overweight and obese (OW/OB) population have been investigated by meta‐analyses of randomized controlled trials (RCTs), but an overall summary is lacking.

Context‐free graphs and their transition groups

open access: yesTransactions of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 13, Issue 1, December 2026.
Abstract Starting from context‐free inverse graphs, we introduce a new class of groups and study their structural properties. We establish closure properties, show that their coword problems are context‐free, analyze torsion elements, and realize them as subgroups of the asynchronous rational group.
