Capaian imunisasi dasar lengkap di Puskesmas Situjuh Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota sangatlah rendah yakni sebesar 17,8%. Angka ini jauh dari target 80%. Perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua mengenai pentingnya imunisasi pada anak.
