Toward functional integration of 3D-printed meniscal scaffolds: A materials-driven systematic review of preclinical evidence and translational framework. [PDF]

open access: yesJ Exp Orthop
Abstract Purpose Meniscal injuries are among the most common knee disorders and a major risk factor for osteoarthritis. Although meniscectomy provides short‐term symptom relief, it irreversibly alters joint biomechanics, underscoring the need for regenerative strategies.

Biomimetic Vascular Scaffold with Seamless Electrospun Aligned Nanofiber Conduit and 3D-Printed Coil Reinforcement. [PDF]

open access: yesAdv Healthc Mater
We introduce a new fabrication method that overcomes the current limitation of tubular gap electrospinning. We successfully fabricated a seamless hollow tube with fibers aligned along the longitudinal axis in diameters as small as 300 µm, and then reinforced it using 4‐axis 3D printing.

Sexual dysfunction is highly prevalent in patients with active perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease: Outcomes from a large national prospective cohort study. [PDF]

open access: yesColorectal Dis
Abstract Background Sexual function is one of the determinants of quality of life (QoL) and is prevalent in approximately half of the patients with inflammatory bowel disease. However, the sexual function in patients with perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease (pCD) needs to be further elucidated.

Research progress and current status of dynamic wave propagation characteristics in rock mass: A review

open access: yesDeep Underground Science and Engineering, EarlyView.
This review elucidates the velocity–dispersion–attenuation coupling mechanisms of wave propagation in rock masses, compares six representative models, and reveals how pressure, temperature, mineral composition, and anisotropy jointly control dynamic responses in complex geological media.

Influence of degree of conversion on the cytotoxicity of 3D‐printed denture base resins. A scoping review

open access: yesJournal of Prosthodontics, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose Evidence regarding the cytotoxicity of 3D‐printed denture base resins and the role of degree of conversion remains limited and heterogeneous. Therefore, this scoping review aimed to map existing in vitro evidence and explore how degree of conversion and post‐processing factors are reported in relation to biological outcomes.

Variation in Stabilization and Resuscitation Practices at Birth of Preterm Infants Among 12 National or Regional Neonatal Networks

open access: yesActa Paediatrica, Volume 115, Issue 10, Page 2237-2243, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Aim Neonatal resuscitation follows national or regional guidelines, but uptake varies in clinical practice. This study aimed to examine variations in reported delivery room practices for infants < 29 weeks' gestation across neonatal units in 12 networks of the International Network for Evaluating Outcomes in Neonates.

One‐Year Functional Satisfaction and Quality of Life Outcomes of Patients With a History of Radiotherapy With Artificial Urinary Sphincters

open access: yesNeurourology and Urodynamics, Volume 45, Issue 7, Page 1357-1365, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Aims This study assessed how functional satisfaction and quality of life outcomes of the artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) were affected in patients who received radiation for prostate cancer. Methods A secondary analysis was conducted based on the Artificial Urinary Sphincter Clinical Outcomes (AUSCO) study, a prospective multi‐institutional

Evolving patient journey in the management of active perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease: A temporal perspective

open access: yesColorectal Disease, Volume 28, Issue 9, September 2026.
Abstract Background Over recent decades, there has been a more pronounced shift towards earlier therapeutic intervention in luminal Crohn's disease (CD). However, it remains unclear if similar strategies apply to active perianal fistulizing CD (pCD). This study explores the patient journey by assessing pCD management across diagnostic time periods in a
