MG1@NM‐Px serves as a microglia‐targeted STING‐degrading nanoplatform for subarachnoid hemorrhage. Following systemic administration, it crosses the blood–brain barrier and accumulates in activated microglia. STP1‐mediated STING ubiquitination and degradation suppress MAPK/inflammasome signaling, GSDME‐mediated pyroptosis, and IL‐1β release, revealing ...

ABSTRACT Atrial fibrillation (AF) increases the risk of stroke and heart failure, yet accurate quantification of AF burden in daily life remains difficult. Although smartwatch photoplethysmography (PPG) supports continuous monitoring, complex rhythms and signal noise can impair burden estimation.

Preserving Motor Features by Alternative Re‐Referencing to Remove Heart Artifact on the Stentrode
Endovascular brain‐computer interfaces record neural activity from within cerebrovasculature, at the expense of electrocardiogram contamination. Band‐limited independent component analysis separates this heart‐based artifact from task‐relevant neural activity in each frequency band, enabling the reconstruction of cleaner neural recordings without the ...

HD‐tDCS promotes recovery after intracerebral hemorrhage by enhancing PPARγ‐dependent astrocyte remodeling in a mouse model of ICH. This process suppresses proinflammatory astrocytic activation, restores perivascular AQP4 repolarization, and improves glymphatic influx and efflux, thereby facilitating hematoma and perihematomal edema clearance and ...

Synchronized Imaging of Hydrogen Peroxide and Hydroxyl Radical in Pyroptosis and Epilepsy
A dual‐responsive fluorescent probe, HH, enables synchronized visualization of H2O2 and •OH through spectrally resolved green and red channels. By tracking redox dynamics in pyroptosis and epilepsy models, HH reveals ROS elevation during seizure‐like pathology and supports evaluation of antioxidant and antiepileptic therapeutic interventions.

Human dental pulp stem cell secretome emerges as a cell‐free therapeutic strategy for ischemic stroke by reprogramming redox and inflammatory signaling. hDPSC secretome‐derived antioxidant and immunomodulatory factors suppress the TLR4–NOX–ROS–NF‐κB axis, reduce microglial inflammatory responses and apoptosis, and promote neurogenesis, angiogenesis ...
