In-situ monitoring for CVD processes [PDF]
Aiming towards process control of industrial high yield/high volume CVD reactors, the potential of optical sensors as a monitoring tool has been explored. The sensors selected are based on both Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and tunable diode laser spectroscopy (NIR-DLS).

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

In Situ Encapsulation Kinetics Monitored by Microfluidics
AbstractWe use microfluidic PDMS devices to monitor the encapsulation process occurring at an emulsion droplet interface which is indicated by the changes in the droplet interfacial deformability. Deformations are induced by constriction chambers at the microfluidic chip.

In-Situ Monitoring of Mechanochemical MOF Formation by NMR Relaxation Time Correlation [PDF]
In this paper, we present a new approach to monitoring mechanochemical transformations, based on a magnetic resonance method in which relaxation time correlation maps are used to track the formation of the popular metal-organic framework (MOF) materials ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.
