Ferritin‐Doped Nanoparticles Triggered Tumor‐Specific Darkening for Enhanced Photothermal Tumor Ablation and Immune Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Ferritin‐doped hybrid nanoparticles triggered accurate tumor‐specific hemorrhage for enhanced in situ photothermal therapy and evoked anti‐tumor immunity. Notably, HFn/GA‐Fe specifically induced tumor hemorrhage 12 h after intravenous injection, resulting in visible color darkening. Through photoacoustic imaging, tumor vessels could be clearly observed

Evaluation of the Dual Impact of Nanotechnologies on Health and Environment Through Alternative Bridging Models

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This review explores how alternative invertebrate and small‐vertebrate models advance the evaluation of nanomaterials across medicine and environmental science. By bridging cellular and organismal levels, these models enable integrated assessment of toxicity, biodistribution, and therapeutic performance.

Fecundación in vitro : millorant la crioconservació [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
En el camp de la fecundació in vitro es poden utilitzar oòcits frescos o crioconservats (congelats). Els avantatges de la crioconservació són evidents, però té un desavantatge important : l'eficàcia de la fecundació és molt menor.

Rapid Fabrication of Self‐Propelled and Steerable Magnetic Microcatheters for Precision Medicine

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A rapid Joule heating fabrication method for the production of self‐propelling, adaptive microcatheters, with tunable stiffness and integrated microfluidic channels is presented. Demonstrated through three microrobotic designs, including a steerable guiding catheter, an untethered wave‐crawling TubeBot, and a distal‐end propelled microcatheter, it was ...

A Jurisprudential Analysis of in vitro fertilisation within the Framework of Islamic Law

open access: yesTaruna Law
The vitro fertilisation is an interesting subject to study. There is a chance that the child from in vitro fertilisation will not be recognized by the parents if it is different from expectations.

Anaesthetic Issues in In-vitro Fertilisation [PDF]

open access: yesMedical Journal Armed Forces India, 2008
Ultrasonically guided transvaginal oocyte retrieval is a relatively short procedure that is performed on an outpatient basis. Any anaesthetic technique may interfere with certain aspects of human oocyte fertilisation or embryo implantation. The optimal anaesthetic technique should allow good surgical anaesthesia with minimal side effects, a short ...
