Single‐cell transcriptomics of soybean roots soon after rhizobial inoculation reveals epidermal and cortical cell‐specific programs and gene‐regulatory networks acting in symbiosis establishment. We identify an ethylene‐driven regulatory circuit involving WRKY6.3/6.4 transcription factors targeting select Nod19 genes that promotes infection‐thread ...

Synchronized Imaging of Hydrogen Peroxide and Hydroxyl Radical in Pyroptosis and Epilepsy
A dual‐responsive fluorescent probe, HH, enables synchronized visualization of H2O2 and •OH through spectrally resolved green and red channels. By tracking redox dynamics in pyroptosis and epilepsy models, HH reveals ROS elevation during seizure‐like pathology and supports evaluation of antioxidant and antiepileptic therapeutic interventions.

Primary cultures of neuroblasts isolated from the nucleus basalis of Meynert of 12‐weeks‐old human foetuses were prepared. Whole‐cell patch‐clamp recordings were performed by injecting a depolarizing stimulus current (+500 pA; 500 ms), and the membrane voltage recorded; this stimulus current evoked periodic‐like oscillations in membrane voltage ...

From Particle Retention to Washout: Helical Bypass Geometry Reorganises Flow in Distal Anastomosis
Current evaluation of bypass graft performance relies predominantly on wall shear stress metrics, even though thrombosis and atherogenesis are fundamentally governed by particle transport and residence within disturbed flow regions.

Successful capacitation and homologous fertilization in vitro in Calomys musculinus and Calomys laucha (Rodentia, Sigmodontinae) [PDF]
Small South American rodents of the genus Calomys have been used extensively for virology and ecological research. Previous studies have demonstrated that Calomys musculinus and Calomys laucha have a relatively short oestrous cycle and that ...
