Abstract Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is the only cancer in the US with a dismal one-digit 5-year survival rate (7%). Its oncogenic program relies on upregulated ROS antioxidant mechanisms to maintain oxidative balance. Hence, perturbation of this balance might be an effective therapeutic strategy for pancreatic cancer.
